The Challenge
Felix was struggling with handling hundreds of customer service requests per second, making it difficult for the customer service representatives to get the relevant customer information in time.
Our Solution
We built an ingenious yet simple solution combining a Chrome Plugin and a Retool Application which would work in conjunction to query all the relevant customer information in real time and display it in a single place alongside the WhatsApp conversation with the customer.

The Challenge
Hyperion Finance's mission is to empower micro-business owners globally by removing friction from the business setup process. One recurring challenge was the complexity and inefficiency of municipal tax filing in Puerto Rico—an error-prone and time-consuming process.
Our Solution
We developed a custom robotic automation solution using Robocorp to streamline the municipal tax filing process:
- Automated data retrieval from SURI
- Authentication and data population in COFIM
- Backend APIs to manage tax data in Hyperion
- A UI for triggering tax filings
